Applying for a school place

If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of our admission arrangements below. 

School Tour Dates 

 

These take place every Wednesday at 9:15am and are led by the Headteacher. If you would like to join us , please email the school office: admin@st-lukes.islington.sch.uk  or call 020 7253 3880 and speak to Angela Major (Admissions Officer).
 

Please give details of the date you would like to attend and the year group you are interested in your child joining. 

 

Primary School Admissions Dates to remember

 

Timetable for Primary Reception admission September 2026

  • 9th January 2026 - Recommended application return date
  • 15th January 2025 - application deadline
  • 16th April 2026 - Offer day - applications results emailed to parents from 5.00pm onwards
  • 30th April 2026 - Deadline for receipt of acceptance
  • 22 May 2026 - Appeal deadline

 

Timetable for Secondary school admission dates to remember September 2025

  • 24th October 2025 - Recommended application return date
  • 31st October 2025 - application deadline 
  • 28th November 2025 - Exceptional social/ medical application deadline
  • 2nd March 2026 - Offer day
  • 16th March 2026 - Acceptance deadline
  • 13th April 2026 - Acceptance deadline
