Due to our commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the well-being of all children in our care, we must outline that we cannot guarantee acceptance for all applications to After School Care. Each application will be reviewed based on the child's needs and the resources available to us.  This approach helps us responsibly manage our capacity, ensuring that we meet required risk assessment and safeguarding standards for all participating children.
For families with children who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), it is also important to clarify that EHCP provisions are in effect only during standard school hours, as stipulated by current local authority policy.  While we strive to support all children, additional resources specified in an EHCP are not extended to extracurricular hours under our school's guidelines.
