This has been a busy half term, full of meaningful learning across the curriculum. In History and Geography, we explored the Waterways of London, examining their role in the city’s past and present. Our persuasive letters focused on the importance of protecting these spaces, encouraging thoughtful discussion and strong written arguments. A highlight of the term was our work with the National Gallery on the “Take One Picture” project, where we focused on Regatta on the Canal – a perfect tie-in to our topic. We are excited to journey to our local canal and city road basin next week! We also began fortnightly Spanish lessons, which has been an exciting new addition to our timetable. In R.E., we considered the question, “Who is the most important person in the Easter story?” prompting thoughtful reflection as we approached the Easter season. It’s been a busy and rewarding term, with lots to be proud of!
