Christmas fun. Children enjoyed watching Aladdin at The Hackney Empire and eating ice-cream during the interval. They continued to have fun at their Christmas party where they played games such as ‘pin the carrot on the snowman’ and ‘make a snowman’.

Over two lessons, we learnt how to make prints by monograph and screen print methods.

We learnt about the role of the London Docklands during the Victorian times. The types of Dockland jobs; types of items stored in the warehouses. We handled artefacts and explored their uses.
